Job Title: Oracle EBS & Fusion SCM Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS & Fusion SCM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) (Purchasing) and Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal and Procurement Contracts. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, efficient, and future-ready supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, Test, Implement Oracle Fusion Inventory and Procurement Suite.
- Collaborate with Business/Vendor for the implementation and Integration of Oracle Fusion Inventory & Procurement with third party applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement) to ensure seamless process alignment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, providing functional and technical guidance.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and migration support as part of system transitions.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations for Oracle EBS Inventory and Purchasing.
- Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion releases, patches, and new features relevant to SCM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience working as an Oracle SCM functional consultant.
- In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules is required.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end Fusion SCM Cloud implementation or migration from EBS.
- Familiarity with Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI/ADFDI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle certifications in EBS or Fusion SCM.
- Experience with PL/SQL is a plus.
- Exposure to multi-country or global supply chain implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or MS Project.
