- Report on key trading KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and online revenue.
- Responsible of the online merchandising efforts to ensure products are presented in the most appealing and customer-friendly way.
- Curate product assortments, collections, and landing pages that drive engagement and sales.
- Optimize product placement, category structure, and search results to enhance the customer journey.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure product images, descriptions, and other content are of the highest quality.
- Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve site performance and customer experience.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and organization of the online product catalog.
- Ensure product data, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory levels, are accurate and up to date.
- Manage the onboarding of new products and ensure they are properly categorized and presented on the website.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with SEO best practices to improve product visibility and searchability.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

- 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce business, merchandising, and catalog management. Experience is managing online searches is preferred not mandatory
- Proven experience in driving online sales growth and managing product catalogs for an online retail business.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the beauty, Wellness, or similar retail industries.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) systems.
