Job Description:
| Key Responsibilities
* Create social media platform plans based on marketing strategy.
* Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms.
* Conducting market research to understand target audiences, their needs, and preferences.
* Setting measurable goals and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Analyzing social media insights and engagement metrics to understand audience behavior
* Create Facebook Ad campaigns (from planning to campaign objective and budgeting, to ad formats )and executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including YouTube, TikTok and LINKED IN.
* Issuing creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
* Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the companys social content.
* Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
* Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
* Evaluating competitors Digital Marketing strategies.
* Using data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau to create interactive and easy-to-understand reports.
* Manage outsource individuals as needed.
* Participate in organizing offline events as needed
|Required Qualifications
* BSc degree in any related field
* Experience as a social media specialist in the industerial field for not less than 4 years.
* Excellent command in English language.
* Strong knowledge by all social media platform and best practices.
* Strong knowledge by digital marketing metrics and analytics.
* Good knowledge by SEO.
* Strong knowlege by how to select buyer persona.
* Strategic thinker.
* Strong analytical mindset.
* Attention to details.
* Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
