Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, contributing to business growth through a consultative approach.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics to track performance, effectiveness, and meet client expectations.
- Attend client meetings, kick-off calls, and provide guidance on client expectations, ensuring alignment between client and recruitment team.
- Document meeting minutes, maintain internal checklists, and ensure recruitment specialists understand client-specific hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement recruitment policies, processes, and best practices.
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies such as executive search, headhunting, social media, and professional networks to identify top-tier candidates.
- Develop and maintain a continuous talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
- Stay updated on emerging recruitment tools, technologies, and trends to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Monitor phone screening interviews, ensuring proper evaluation of candidates and alignment with client expectations.
- Interview & Selection:
- Conduct detailed interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Ensure effective utilization of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools for tracking and managing candidates.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to a team of recruiters to foster professional growth and achieve recruitment goals.
- Ensure that the recruitment team adheres to best practices, recruitment strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assign team members to administrative roles to ensure efficient management of recruitment-related tasks.
- Offer & Onboarding Management:
- Oversee the onboarding process for candidates, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining effective communication with clients and candidates.
- Ensure Recruitment Coordinators are involved in wrapping up offers and job hires, including invoicing.
- Data & Reporting:
- Organize and maintain the Manatal database, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records and removing duplicate profiles.
- Monitor team members performance in updating candidate profiles, ensuring all sources are leveraged and CVs are uploaded effectively.
- Prepare and deliver required reports and contribute to salary surveys and other data-driven initiatives.
- Client Challenges & Candidate Experience:
- Address client challenges, providing solutions to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, especially post-technical interviews, and maintaining open communication throughout the hiring process.
- Job Posting & Market Engagement:
- Ensure recruitment specialists are posting job ads on agreed-upon channels and updating CVs from all sources.
- Manage job fairs, ensuring team members collect CVs and update the database.
- Collect client logos and share with the sales team for website updates.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- University graduate with a bachelors degree.
Relevant Experiences:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Required Training:
- Recruitment knowledge.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Communication skills.
Computer Skills:
- V. good computer skills, using Microsoft Office applications.
Language Ability:
- Excellent command of English & Arabic languages.
