Account Manager Role Description:
Highly motivated Account Manager with a proven track record of exceeding client
expectations through self-driven marketing and ecommerce initiatives
A natural at taking initiative, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable
plans. Proven ability to deliver measurable results and build long-lasting client
relationships
- Experience: 2-3 years
- College: Cairo University preferred
- English: Fluent (MUST)
Client Management:
- Onboarding and Scoping: Understand client needs, goals, and budgets,
considering both marketing and e-commerce objectives. Develop strategic marketing and e-commerce plans aligned with business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Manage and execute integrated marketing and
e-commerce campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO,
PPC). Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to both marketing and e-commerce goals.
- Reporting and Communication: Deliver regular reports with data-driven
insights and recommendations on both marketing and e-commerce
performance. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients,addressing their concerns and questions promptly on both marketing and e-commerce aspects.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, building trust and exceeding expectations in both marketing and e-commerce domains. Be a trusted advisor and advocate for their overall business success.
Marketing and E-commerce Strategy and Execution:
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform combined marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Content Marketing: Develop and manage content creation efforts relevant to
both marketing and e-commerce goals, including blog posts, social media
content, email newsletters, and product descriptions. - Social Media Management: Build and manage strong social media
presence, engaging with the audience and driving traffic to both marketing
and e-commerce channels. - Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like
Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimizing them for conversions and return
on investment (ROI) across both marketing and e-commerce goals. - Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline
workflows, schedule campaigns, and personalize interactions for both
marketing and e-commerce efforts. - Website Optimization: Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve
conversions and user experience, considering both marketing and
e-commerce elements. - Product Page Optimization: Optimize product pages with compelling
descriptions, high-quality images, and user reviews to enhance conversion
rates. - Promotional Management: Manage and execute promotional campaigns,
including discounts, coupons, and flash sales, to drive e-commerce sales
and brand awareness. - Email Marketing for E-commerce: Develop and manage email marketing
campaigns for abandoned carts, product recommendations, and
post-purchase follow-up to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
- Additional Responsibilities:
Budget Management: Manage combined marketing and e-commerce
budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically across campaigns and
clients. - Project Management: Organize and manage multiple marketing and
e-commerce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality
deliverables. - Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (designers,
developers, content creators, e-commerce specialists) to deliver integrated
marketing and e-commerce solutions. - Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with marketing, e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning.
