Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Actively support maintenance engineers and technicians / Coordinate material requirements.
- Handle administrative aspects of repair processing.
- Manage continuous spare parts inventory administratively.
- Follow up on shipments and necessary customs clearance documentation.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and parts with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation; report, document, and track damages and discrepancies.
- Review preventive maintenance plans and prepare necessary parts.
- Manage parts stock and conduct required stock management analysis.
- Receive, store, and maintain records of documents; handle confidential file destruction.
- Ship canceled and damaged items back to vendors.
- Handle and document storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
- Maintain warehouse, records area, and stores area in an organized manner.
Requirement
- A university degree of study will be preferred
1-3 years of relevant work experience in Spare Part or stores administration area
Experienced in stores/warehousing activity preferred
Knowledge of Excel and high degree of computer literacy
Knowledge of SAP would be preferred
Very Good in English - Lives in 6th of October city is preferred
