Business Development Executive - GL


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates - Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential clients and target areas for business growth - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and value proposition - Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships - Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Represent the company at networking events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Engineering industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Knowledge of market research and sales techniques - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel for business purposes
