Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer comments and messages on various electronic means of communication.
2. Monitor the achieved number of posts on social media accounts daily/weekly/monthly.
3. Follow up on the performance of electronic marketing campaigns to ensure that they achieve their desired goals.
4. Preparing, managing and improving the companys pages on all social media platforms to increase the brand visibility.
5. Collaborate with other departments (Sales-CRM, etc.) to define the main topics for dissemination and coordinate actions procedures.
6. Preparing effective content to improve SEO on social media sites and the website.7. Create, draft, publish and share content according to plan (text, images, video)8. Prepare the required designs on time and present them to the direct manager.9. Coordination with the graphic designer to publish appropriate designs for the content.10.
