Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of all HR information
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes
- Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate employee training and development programs
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, metrics, and analytics
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies
- Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
