- Build a professional robust communication strategy for the Start IT program
- Communicate the benefits and value of Start IT program in the ecosystem
- Scout potential startups and assist in the online and offline promotion of Start IT rounds.
- Develop the content for TIEC Incubation Department social media.
- Edit and publish descriptions of the incubated startups on the TIEC website and in different
press releases.
- Edit incubated startup news and updates on Egypt Innovate.
- Promote TIEC coworking space online and offline.
- Prepare and arrange incubated startup meetings and networking events.
- Identify key program stakeholders and establish partnerships for incubation outreach.
- Establish partnerships with different stakeholders: coworking spaces, institutions, NGOs,
and other types of organizations that generate a potential pipeline of entrepreneurs/startups.
- Represent the department in different entrepreneurship events, conferences, summits, and
webinars whenever needed.
- Assist in new incubated startups selection and induction processes.
Scout potential mentors.
- Prepare and present different reports as requested
Education Requirements: BA in Mass Communication or Business Administration.
Required Experience: From 5 to 8 years of practical experience preferably in a startup or in an
organization that supports startups. Knowledge of the innovation and entrepreneurship
ecosystem
Necessary Skills:
Written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
