Position Summary:
The HORECA Sales Manager will oversee and drive the company's sales operations for its frozen seafood products in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) sector. This role involves managing an existing portfolio of 100+ clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and expansion. The Sales Manager will lead a team of two sales representatives, who may be developed into supervisors, along with three delivery personnel.
This position is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in managing teams, improving customer relationships, and driving market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Horeca industry (Hotel, Restaurants & Catering).
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good in negotiations.
- A car is required to facilitate job tasks
