Job Title: Quality Engineer
Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports
- Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are met
- Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier quality performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to improve quality processes and procedures continuously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the field of Fruits & Vegetables processing (Frozing Not Fresh).
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus
