In this position, the candidate will work with the Digital and Marketing team to develop and guide

the execution of the digital strategy for multiple clients, sectors, and industries across ALL digital

platforms.

Responsible to Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing / Digital Director on

day-to-day deliverables

GM for overall administrative and work-related matters

Responsible for: The day-to-day management of Digital strategies for a multitude

of clients across numerous platforms.

Contractual Status Full time, Sunday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Role summary The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Marketing and

Digital team to develop strategies as well as oversee the

execution of multiple digital campaigns across a portfolio of

clients.

Skills Required Innovative.

Knowledge and understanding of technology, social

media channels, new trends and the latest in social

media and digital innovation.

The ability to learn how to leverage new social media

platforms for clients marketing activity.

A high level of creativity, clear and strong

communication and computer skills are required.

Requires strong analytical skills, organization and people-

skills

Tight organizational and time management skills

The ability to work on multiple projects at one time

The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Strong IT skills

Self-motivation, the ability to be a team player

Minimum Qualifications Degree in Marketing Communications / PR / Digital

Marketing, business administration or similar

fields.

3-5 Years agency / Proven work experience as a Digital

Media Specialist.

Professional certifications like Digital Marketing

Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an

advantage

A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far

would be preferred.

Hands-on experience in digital marketing software

Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.

Spoken Arabic is an advantage.

Key responsibilities and main

tasks and activities

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager for duties.

Managing the delivery of clients digital campaigns across

a portfolio of accounts across a variety of sectors and

platforms.

Raise online profile of clients and agency (MUSE)

Perform digital market research for clients - Maintain

awareness of current research, the marketplace, and the

competitive environment, the clients industry across

online platforms.

Identify, interpret & capitalize on social media trends.

Management of Social Media posting schedules.

Development of client reports; post campaign reports,

budgets etc. for social media channels

Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, ROI and

KPIs.

Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations

Run search engine optimization audits to ensure best

practices are being used.

Maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best

practices.

Create and monitor Social Media Ad Spend & Google Ads

marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics

team to create engaging display ads.

Improve customer engagement using various marketing

strategies.
