Requirements & Skills

- Min 5 years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales

executive or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Responsibilities

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Ongoing research on market status and competitor activities

- Comprehensive reports and dashboards on companys current performance and future

activities based on data driven analysis.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Coordinating between different company departments to analyze and improve company performance

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
