Senior Sales Agent for Salesforce

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly successful Senior Sales Agent to join our growing team and help drive the sales of our innovative cloud-based solutions powered by Salesforce.

As a Senior Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing deals with key enterprise and mid-market clients. You will leverage your deep industry expertise, strategic sales skills, and consultative approach to position our cloud offerings as the ideal solutions for our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  • Engage with C-suite executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and cloud computing requirements
  • Expertly present, demonstrate, and position our cloud-based products and services to address the unique needs of each prospect
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experiences
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, and accurately forecast sales activity
  • Share market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to help the team improve our offerings and go-to-market strategies
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate new leads
  • Develop a good understanding of how salesforce products and services are operating using the assigned knowledge path and achieve the target.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
  • 5+ years of proven track record in enterprise software or cloud-based solutions sales
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex, high-value cloud products and services to C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address the strategic priorities of Clients
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics to optimize sales performance
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest cloud computing trends, technologies, and industry developments
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
