    Guiding and motivating the sales team
    Implementing sales strategies to enhance sales
    Overseeing sales activities
    Compiling sales reports
    Managing and developing sales teams to maximize performance
    Train, motivate and mentor sales team members
    Attend trade shows to identify new services and products
    Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team
    Building strong relationships with the most important indirect customers of the
    company (Consultant - real estate developer - finishing and decoration companies ...
    etc.)
    Represent the brand during all customer & prospective customer interactions.
    Arrange Meetings with clients and make a presentation of the company and its
    products.
    Characterization our products in most projects in Egypt.
    Completion of sales transactions for projects through coordination between
    decision-makers in the projects and between the installation companies approved by
    us.
    Achieve monthly sales targets.

    Job Requirements
    5 to 7 years of Experience in Sales/ Decoration and Construction
    Organization experience is a must
    Aluminum experience is a must
    Must Have a car
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Excellent sales skills.
