Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Pathology Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to grow our pathology business, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and expand our client base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities for our business
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are favorable for our company
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing satisfaction with our services
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress toward targets
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services
Qualifications:
- A degree in business administration or marketing, preferably with an MBA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in Pathology, especially or a similar leadership role in Hotel products, fabrics, or accessories (such as furniture, antiques, and decor).
- Very good proficiency in the English language.
