- Manage volume split per brand /channel
- Achieve channel strategy and sales objectives
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales meeting to review KPIs and findings analysis to senior management and ensure all team's KPIs are met with objectives
- Implement route to market strategy
- Manage customer coverage base expansion and identifying opportunities based on numeric distribution, weighted distribution and out of stock
- Ensure sustainment of stock level for the top weighted customers
- Recommend sales push strategies that keeps company always ahead of the competition
- Implement company policies
- Celebrate success with the team, and take disciplinary actions when needed
- Participate in the evaluation of the organizational structure for the area and highlight any risk that can affect the teams performance
- Analyze and evaluate sales performance and determine growth & cost cut opportunities
- Support in conflicts between Sales Team and other functional support
- Perform periodic field visits with the purpose of evaluating and reporting the sales team's performance and the marker situation
- Round tables to solve issues with other functions
- Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results and ensure compliance to all our internal policies and value sets
Job Requirments:
- 3 year relevant qualification in a managerial position
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years sales experience.
Competencies

analysis. - Knowledge of various statistical techniques and forecasting.
