Job Title: Senior Corporate Reporting
Department: Finance
Summary:
Senior Corporate Reporting is responsible for leading the corporate reporting team and ensuring that the company's financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable regulations, including IFRS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting principles and procedures, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the corporate reporting team and develop reporting strategies for the company
- Manage the financial reporting process and ensure that the company's financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable regulations, including IFRS
- Represent the company to external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulators
- Provide financial reporting advice to the management team
- Manage all consolidation process with the intercompany reconciliation
- Stay up-to-date on financial reporting standards and regulations, including IFRS
- Identify and assess emerging risks and opportunities related to IFRS
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA,ACC & IFRS dip or equivalent certification
- 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 5 years in IFRS
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and procedures, including IFRS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
