Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
-Create details of standard operating procedures.
-Accountable for delivery of all HR integrity audits/metrics weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annually.
-Distributes data integrity defects to HR Community for resolution.
-Delivers a range of analysis activities data extraction and recommendations.
-Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR Operations team and HR -Community group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
-Creates persuasive presentations that tell a story using visual representations of data through graphs, charts, and models.
-Assists in HR projects that require the analysis of data and metrics, and other assignments.
-Routinely assists with audit observations.
-Provides backup support to Reporting Analyst, and Business Object reporting tool as required.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related field.
-1-3 years of experience in the same position.
-Excellent English level is a MUST.
