- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to align with short- and long-term client hiring needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, and support, and ensuring their professional growth.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, to meet performance goals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key clients, aligning recruitment strategies with client objectives and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Client Management & Consultation:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
- Attend client kick-off meetings, document requirements, and align internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
- Ensure accurate invoicing for successful placements and follow through on collections.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment specialists and coordinators, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Assign tasks, monitor daily workflows, and track team productivity using ATS and CRM tools.
- Set clear performance goals, provide feedback, and identify training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Advanced Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms, to attract top-tier candidates.
- Manage talent pipelines for current and future openings, ensuring the team maintains an organized and updated database.
- Oversee the screening and selection process for senior and top-level roles, conducting interviews as necessary.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
- Lead the negotiation and preparation of employment offers for senior and executive roles, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and client expectations.
- Oversee onboarding processes to provide a seamless candidate experience while maintaining open communication with clients and candidates.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain and update the recruitment database (e.g., Manatal), ensuring accurate and timely information on all candidates.
- Assign team members to manage job postings, refresh candidate profiles, and remove duplicate entries.
- Use ATS to track progress, generate reports, and provide performance updates to leadership and clients.
- Compliance & Market Insights:
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, employment laws, and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry practices to offer strategic insights to clients.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze recruitment workflows to identify gaps and propose process improvements for better efficiency.
- Implement strategies to enhance candidate experience, client satisfaction, and overall recruitment outcomes.
- Networking & Branding:
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums to attract talent and promote the companys employer brand.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client logos and branding materials are updated on relevant platforms.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- University graduate with a bachelors degree.
Relevant Experiences:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
