Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes for all construction projects.
  • Prepare PQP and required QC documents.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformities and work with project teams to implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop quality control plans and procedures.
  • Train and educate project teams on quality control processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and track quality control metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Conduct material and equipment inspections to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and standards to continuously improve quality processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Governmental University is a must).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards. ACI- ASTM
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently - Proficient in using quality control tools and software - Certification in quality control or quality management is a plus
