Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes for all construction projects.
- Prepare PQP and required QC documents.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformities and work with project teams to implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop quality control plans and procedures.
- Train and educate project teams on quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track quality control metrics and provide reports to management.
- Conduct material and equipment inspections to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and standards to continuously improve quality processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Governmental University is a must).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards. ACI- ASTM
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English
- Ability to work well in a team and independently - Proficient in using quality control tools and software - Certification in quality control or quality management is a plus
