  • Maintain helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction.
  • Check and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk and Phone and

remote support for end users.

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, operating systems,
  • screens, and scanners and reviewing the inventory of all equipment.
  • Coordinate PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and

software.

  • Carry out timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service, and Internet access)
  • Operating audiovisual equipment and assisting in organizing events.
  • Record events, problems, and their resolution in the ticketing system.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in computer science or information system

1-2 years of experience

Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Excellent communication skills.

Good command of both written & spoken English.
