Job Description:
Sales Documentation and Training Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for updating the sales centralizer
· Create & update job descriptions when needed
· Create and update the Warehouses & Dispatch centralizer
· Conduct onboarding induction for new hires
· Design training programs for the needed areas of development for the team
· Create the quarter and annual tests for the sales academy
· Responsible for tracking the sales academy progress of the sales team, and sending reports weekly.
Implement the 360 feedback for the team
Qualifications and Experience
· University Graduate
· 2-4 years Experience
