Job Description:


Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports.

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize financial results.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and vendors.

- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance management role.

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Experience with financial software and systems.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
