Duties & Responsibilities:


Research:

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.
  • Gather market and customer information, pricing of competitors on all lines of service (offices, recruiting, payroll and accounting services).
  • Report prices of competitors to Sales Manager twice a year.
  • Research global payroll companies to get into cooperation with.
  • Research office brokers internationally to list our properties.

Proposals & Agreements:

  • Prepare proposals based on standard fees set; follow up on potential clients; prepare agreements and terms of business, once deal is closed, forward to concerned department heads/Operations & Finance Manager.

Sales:

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Arranging meetings to sell services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
  • Cold calling to seek new sales opportunities, finding out what customers needs are.
  • Arranging job fairs for recruiting services.

Internal reporting:

  • Prepare sales reports, potential client follow up reports.
  • Prepare pricing structure internally and assist Sales Manager with price list preparations annually for clients and global payroll providers.
  • Assist Sales Executive in all sales activities.

Reports to deliver:

  1. Contract renewal sheet.
  2. Occupancy sheet - and email to finance by 20th of each month.
  3. Rental Sales report.
  4. Sales tasks.
  5. Recruitment Database.
  6. Weekly tasks.
  7. Monthly sales calendar.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • University graduate with a bachelors degree

Relevant Experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Required Training:

  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone and negotiation skills.
  • Positive, confident and determined approach.

Computer Skills:

  • Good computer skills, using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Very good command of excel.

Language Ability:

  • Excellent command of English & Arabic languages
