Job Description:

Job Objective: -

To provide specialized medical care for animals aimed at improving and facilitating breeding and fertilization processes, contributing to increased rates of healthy and productive reproduction for the herd or related animals.

Key Responsibilities/Duties: -

  1. Assess the health status of relevant animals and determine potential causes of reproductive issues or infertility.
  2. Conduct necessary clinical and laboratory examinations to diagnose infertility or reduced fertility cases.
  3. Implement treatment programs and assisted reproductive techniques, including artificial insemination, intrauterine insemination, and other fertility enhancement methods.
  4. Monitor pregnancies and births, providing essential care for pregnant females and newborns.
  5. Deliver comprehensive and specialized care.
  6. Stay updated with the latest scientific developments and techniques in veterinary reproduction and fertilization.
  7. Document all procedures and medical reports accurately and systematically, and prepare necessary reports.
  8. Design and implement feeding programs tailored to animals' age, health, and production needs.
  9. Monitor and analyze animals' responses to feeding programs and adjust as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university.
  • Previous experience in veterinary reproduction and fertilization is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of artificial insemination and assisted reproductive techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
