Job Description:
Client Management & Follow-Up
- Arrange all calls with potential clients, take minutes of meetings, ensure replies are sent promptly, and share all minutes of meetings and notes with other departments internally.
- Follow up and monitor all potential clients to make sure they received communication.
- Update clients database for all services and keep a record of all old clients and lost potentials.
Service Contracts & Agreements
- Prepare office rental, recruiting proposals, and agreements. Get seniors approval before sending to clients.
- Responsible for filing all agreements of services and hard copies for rental clients.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist in any job fair setup or task.
- Update inventory list for giveaways.
Pricing & Market Research
- Assist the senior in gathering pricing for all services.
Team Coordination & Support
- Assist leader in coordinating tasks related to photos, videos, and social media.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with internal departments by sharing meeting notes and updates.
Newsletter & Email Management
- Mailchimp: Compare all Mailchimp contacts with the database and get client approval before adding them.
- Update recruitment client email list.
Branding & Media Management
- Collect all logos for the website.
Reporting:
- Occupancy sheet on rentals monthly.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- University graduate with a bachelors degree
Relevant Experiences:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Required Training:
- Organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and negotiation skills.
- Positive, confident, and determined approach.
Computer Skills:
- Good computer skills, using Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good command of Excel.
Language Ability:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages
Working Conditions:
- Office based
- Occasional visits outside the office
