Job Description:

Job Objective: -

Lead and develop the IT department and implement the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to facilitate business operations, enhance efficiency, and support the company's strategic goals through managing systems, infrastructure, and technical team.

Key Responsibilities/Duties: -

  1. Manage and develop IT systems and ERP to ensure alignment with business needs and company strategies.
  2. Plan and execute updates and development projects for ERP and IT systems effectively, on time, and within budget.
  3. Oversee the installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
  4. Support internal users and provide technical solutions to technical issues to ensure continuous operations.
  5. Manage the IT team, providing training and continuous development for team members.
  6. Establish security policies and procedures to protect data and systems, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.
  7. Monitor and regularly update ERP systems to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
  8. Coordinate with different departments to understand their technical needs and provide suitable solutions.
  9. Manage relationships with service providers and vendors to ensure technical support and necessary updates.
  10. Prepare periodic reports on the performance of IT systems and ERP, analyze them to facilitate informed decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in IT management, preferably with prior experience managing ERP systems.
  • Deep knowledge of various ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection procedures. Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
