Reporting Specialist


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain data-sharing access for all positions/reports and update them when needed

· Make sure automated reports are running on time and Troubleshoot problems if any

· Maintain automated Power BI Reports

· Create and automate reports and dashboards as required to support all levels in the sales team

· Create and automate reports and dashboards as required to support all levels in the warehouse & dispatch team

· Deliver any ad-hoc reports for KPIs when required

· Responsible for sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time

· Responsible for preparing & sending the required reports to the Sales, Warehouse & Dispatch Teams

· Other tasks as required by the direct manager

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree holder in a relevant field

- 0 - 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG industry
