  • Conduct Training, Exams, Webinars, Awareness sessions and Projects administration management process:
    • Logistics activities before course and exam start date:
      • Creating course / Exam schedule, with collaboration with other department and or outside resources to have confirmed Instructor (courses), collecting registrations, emailing confirmations, customers calls and create online session, reservation of training room and catering, support in payment cycle, database entry and updated. Working with Marketing team for course and exams announcement, updating the mailing list.
    • Logistics activities during the course: open the session, take attendance, monitor the session.
    • logistics activities during the Exam: Invigilation of exams (at ITIDA premises at customer side Governorates)
    • Logistics activities after the course and exam: send and collect the evaluation and make sure that Database is updated (course) issue certificates and results- prepare and update customers.
  • Managing Project from Administration perspective such as MCIT project
    • Be able to provide schedule for long term project
    • Be able to allocate instructor for long term project
  • Working closely with outsource instructor speaker to provide service and work on the administration part of contract and payment.
  • Work closely with ITIDA- SECC Departments to collect needed data and support whenever it is required.
  • Resolve training-related, unexpected problems
  • Participate in updating the Training Catalog
  • Support the operation manager to Prepare Reports

Required Experience:

  • IT Skills with excellent knowledge of software Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in training preferable IT sector

  • Problem solving, time management, communications, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
