Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our Marketing and Communications Agency. Reporting directly to the Country GM, this position involves managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs for team members.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices in project management and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Client Relations:
- Support client management strategies to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for key clients.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions with the Country GM.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and track their progress.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance agency growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a marketing or communications agency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
