Job Description:

Job Accountabilities:

  • Deliver and manage provision of SECCs consultation services to SECC clients with
  • emphasis on organizational performance and process improvement
  • Participate in implementing large-scale transformation programs and projects
  • Identify, design, and implement creative solutions and services to help clients tackle

critical issues

  • Participate in creating and building business opportunities and proposals
  • Develop relevant training materials and deliver related training courses
  • Implement projects for building capacity of department resources
  • Implement projects for developing service-support products
  • Develop knowledge assets and participate in IT community events and talks
  • Participate in developing internal processes and standards

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 10-year experience in Software and IT industry, preferably, with emphasis on provision of consultation services
  • Minimum 5-year experience in project management

  • Minimum 5-year experience in processes of Software development and/or IT service management, preferably, in quality models, approaches, and frameworks as CMMI, ITIL, Togaf, Cobit, Six Sigma, Agile etc.
