Job Description:
Job Accountabilities:
- Deliver and manage provision of SECCs consultation services to SECC clients with
- emphasis on organizational performance and process improvement
- Participate in implementing large-scale transformation programs and projects
- Identify, design, and implement creative solutions and services to help clients tackle
critical issues
- Participate in creating and building business opportunities and proposals
- Develop relevant training materials and deliver related training courses
- Implement projects for building capacity of department resources
- Implement projects for developing service-support products
- Develop knowledge assets and participate in IT community events and talks
- Participate in developing internal processes and standards
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10-year experience in Software and IT industry, preferably, with emphasis on provision of consultation services
- Minimum 5-year experience in project management
- Minimum 5-year experience in processes of Software development and/or IT service management, preferably, in quality models, approaches, and frameworks as CMMI, ITIL, Togaf, Cobit, Six Sigma, Agile etc.
