Assist the team with identifying and sourcing suitable candidates from Manatal by reviewing CVs for various job openings. Screen CVs, conduct phone screening & create shortlists of candidates who match client's requirements for entry levels.
Editing CVs of the shortlisted candidates, send it to the account holder to be sent to the client.
Contact candidates to schedule interviews, send interview invitations, follow up based on guidance received from Seniors.
Provide feedback to candidates based on Senior's guidance.
Attend job fairs whenever applicable.
Post jobs on social media platforms and job boards.
Monitor the Recruitment and CV emails inbox and download the CVs to be uploaded through Manatal.
Download CVs from our Linked-in accounts to be uploaded through Manatal and reply to messages.
Working on the new linked-in accounts and building strong networks.
Contacting universities and other institutes to try to get the CVs and contacts of the candidates.

§ Providing general administrative support to the recruiting team if needed.
