Aluminum Sales Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide product recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, must in the aluminum industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of aluminum products.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
