Pathology Purchasing Executive

Job Overview:

A Purchasing Executive is responsible for overseeing the acquisition of goods and services for the

company. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely

delivery of materials, and maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sourcing:

o Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of

materials and services.

o Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

o Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address any issues.

o Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.

o Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.

o Oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders.

o Ensure accuracy in order details and delivery schedules.

o Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet company needs.

o Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.

o Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.

o Ensure purchased products meet the company's quality standards.

o Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost

savings.

o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Experience:

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

Skills:

o Strong negotiation and communication skills.

o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

o Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.

o Very good in Arabic and English

I prefer experience in fabric, candle, perfume, and hotel
