Job Description:
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budget for Purchases Research and identify suppliers
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as Quality and price
- Update list of suppliers and their Qualifications
- Understand the details of procurement requirements
- Select products for purchase by analyzing the cost and Quality
- Evaluate the submitted Quotations technically and financially
- Select the awarded S/C based on the best technical and financial offer that matches the project requirements
- Issue Purchase order to the awarded supplier
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the same position, preferably in (Finishing procurement )
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineer
- Previous Experience in construction or developer company
- Excellent command of English
- Strong communication and Negation Skills
