Job Description:
Position: Litigation Lawyer
Key Requirements :
- Providing detailed legal advice and representing clients in court
- Drafting legal memos, pleadings, legal documents, and appellate documents
- Negotiating settlements and advising on legal issues
- Traveling to attend hearings in different governorates
- Working collaboratively with internal and external legal teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Hiring Process Steps:
- Screening call with the Hiring team
- On-site meeting that includes 2 steps:
Step 1: Watching a set of introductory videos that clearly explain the firm's operational model and work culture.
After viewing the videos, candidates will be asked whether they accept and approve the firm's method of operation.
If a candidate does not approve, they may request to terminate the interview at this point without proceeding further.
Step 2: If the candidate accepts, they move directly to the assessment phase.
Litigation Skills Assessment (Case File Assignment):
The candidate will be handed a real or simulated case file and instructed to draft a legal memorandum addressing the key issues.
This memorandum is to be completed outside the office and submitted within a specified deadline within one business week via email.
Step 3: Professional Personality Assessment (to be conducted in Arabic)
In this step, the candidate will complete a Professional Personality Questionnaire consisting of 15 to 20 carefully selected questions in Arabic. This assessment is designed to evaluate key aspects of the candidates professional personality, interpersonal communication style, and workplace behavior. It aims to ensure the candidate is capable of maintaining healthy, respectful, and effective relationships with colleagues, and can contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
- Meetings Feedback will be provided by The Hiring team within 5 business days maximum.
- Candidates who successfully pass the on-site stage will be invited to a final interview with Mr. Karim Elsayed, Managing Partner, for final assessment.

- Lawyers must provide a monthly invoice for the firm with the value of their net salaries and taxes will be paid by the firm on their behalf.
