JD of People Relations and Rewards

  • Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Collect and analyze employee data.
  • Use data to create employee profiles.
  • Organize and update employee files.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses.
  • Oversee employee orientation and training.
  • Dealing with complex cases, such as disciplinary grievances and appeals.
  • Supporting the organization through restructurings.
  • Ensuring engagement is maintained.
  • Managing consultations and negotiations
  • Dealing with disputes appropriately (for example, mediation or tribunal cases)
  • Ensuring managers are upskilled to deal with people in a fair and effective manner.
  • Overseeing all peoples practices to ensure they are legally compliant.
