- Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Collect and analyze employee data.
- Use data to create employee profiles.
- Organize and update employee files.
- Adhere to regulatory standards.
- Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses.
- Oversee employee orientation and training.
- Dealing with complex cases, such as disciplinary grievances and appeals.
- Supporting the organization through restructurings.
- Ensuring engagement is maintained.
- Managing consultations and negotiations
- Dealing with disputes appropriately (for example, mediation or tribunal cases)
- Ensuring managers are upskilled to deal with people in a fair and effective manner.
- Overseeing all peoples practices to ensure they are legally compliant.
