Job Description:


Position: Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the schedules of the company's executives

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents

- Conduct research and compile data for various projects

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails

- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Monitor and order office supplies as needed

- Handle confidential information with discretion

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or max 1 -3 years experience in media, law field, or related industry field
  • Fluent in English
  • Law degree English sector or mass media or business administration
  • Travelling Plan: possibility to travel at any time.
