Job Description:
Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for:
· The market development within his /her area to ensure effective distribution of PMI Products in Egypt.
· Achieving the company's sales targets, through managing & coaching the Sales Supervisors and the Sales Representatives
Job Description:
Ø Achieve sales targets per Brand and per SKU
Ø Review monthly KPIs report and ensure all team's KPIs are met
Ø Analyze sales and determine growth & cost cut opportunities
Ø Direct, coach the supervisors, and handle any customer issues related to the area under their supervision.
Ø Support the Routing Team on the routes periodically and match actual locations with their coordinates
Ø Approve updates of customers' lists and removal of non-active customers from the routes
Ø Perform periodic field visits to evaluate and report the sales team's performance and the market situation
Ø Monitor and report the status of competitive products in the market continuously
Ø Follow up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically report their status
Ø Develop the skills of his/her sales team to enable them to do their job and improve their performance
Ø Ensure the company policies are implemented and complied with by the sales team
Ø Communicate effectively and continuously with management and staff
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree
- 5-7 years of FMCG Retail Sales experience
- Outstanding Leadership Capabilities
- Customer Orientation & Taking initiatives
- Decision Making & Follow up Skills
- Effective communication & Conflict Management Skills
- Excellent Command of English
- Microsoft Excel - Microsoft PowerPoint - Microsoft Word
