Job Description:
Position: Sales Supervisor of Protection Doors
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales materials and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and promote brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new products to ensure our company remains competitive in the market
- Travel to client sites and industry events as needed to promote our products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, must in Metal door sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes
