requires someone very passionate about this new and upcoming field and has the creativity and

energy to match this fields immense growth. Ability to quickly adapt and having future vision

are essential to cope with this markets dynamics and ensure the company continuously

provides added value to the market.

The post is focused primarily on the retail segment. The main requirement is to develop the

business to maximize market presence, awareness, and growth. Maximizing continuous positive

cash flows is an essential target of this post. Since its a new and developing market, a creative

and dynamic approach is required to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements & Skills

- 3 - 5 years proven working experience as sales executive or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Responsibilities

- Develop a growth strategy with management focused both on financial gain and customer

satisfaction.

- Maximize cash flows

- Set annual budgets based on data driven analysis.

- Achieve targets in alignment with management.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Ongoing research on market status and competitor activities

- Comprehensive reports and dashboards on companys current performance and future activities based on data driven analysis.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Coordinating between different company departments to analyze and improve company performance.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
