We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in
basic computer programs, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and trip itineraries and maintain calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide general information about the organization and its products or services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English or related field required.
  •  (2-3) PQE in a similar role
  •  Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
