- Supported by Marketing Intelligence and Local Marketing, you will be responsible for the market analysis of the segment in terms of market potential (trends, needs, potential customers and revenues, market shares, analyze critical success factors), benchmarking with competitors (business model, pricing, supply profile), in order to provide customized solutions of products and services for our customers & KA worldwide..
- Your Impact
- Market analysis for the Club segment in terms of market potential (needs, number of potential customers, potential turnover, market shares, analysis of critical success factors), benchmarking with existing competitors (business model, pricing, offer profile, go-to market, etc.), supported by the Mktg Intelligence area;
- Responsible for the Development of processes and guidelines, in particular for partnerships with external companies
- Collaborate with specific clients for the co-creation of laboratories for the development of Innovative Solutions
- Ability to consolidate companys information and convert it to competitive advantage in making solutions for the customers
- Responsible to follow the operational Roll-Out in the various markets and constant collection of feedback for the continuous improvement of the activated solutions
- Support the creation of Local Best Practices providing guidelines for the production of materials (videos, etc), and sharing it also with the International Team
- Responsible for training creation on specific segment contents to the sales network, in collaboration with the internal sales School
- Definition of marketing attributes of Club segment in order to ensure correct and complete profiling;
- Definition of the end-user journey, delivering the videos/materials for all the sales tools of the Solution;
- Analyze Net Revenues and backlog by country
- Analyze the ROI of the different solutions by segment
- Development and delivery of all materials for the promotion of the Solutions in the various Locations, with the Go to Market function;
- Salesforce training (coaching on the market, support during events and fairs, training courses, and webinars)
- Support the Segment Sales Director for the construction and management of the Segment P&L
- About You
- MD in Marketing or related
- 6y of previous experience in the fitness market
- Project Management
- Marketing and market analysis knowledge
- Business development
- CRM (Salesforce) management knowledge
- Consultative selling techniques knowledge
- Communication techniques: written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent ability in handling customer relations, understanding their needs
- Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills
