Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the follow-up and closure of all complaints related to various departments.2. Responding to customer complaints and resolving them quickly and efficiently.3. Achieve the target number of calls without delay.4. Conduct analyzes of customer problems and send a monthly report of proposals to the direct manager.5. Submit a weekly report to the direct manager on complaints related to customers and management or the person responsible for them.6.
