Main Duties
- Inspire, lead, and motivate the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Build an integrated, cohesive creative department by bridging online and offline teams.
- Champion the use of emerging technologies like AI, AR/VR, and data-driven insights to elevate creative solutions.
- Work closely with planning and client service teams to grow existing business by exceeding client expectations.
- Share expertise and knowledge across product markets with all team members.
- Mentor Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers, encouraging their professional growth.
- Ensure the seamless integration of sustainability and DEI principles in all creative work.
- Collaborate with the strategy team on pitches and client projects, driving successful new business acquisition.
- Monitor and manage creative timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Embed a positive and proactive mindset within the creative department.
Briefing
- Participate in client briefings, ensuring clarity and alignment on brand strategies.
- Review creative briefs to guarantee teams have sufficient information and time for optimal execution.
- Improve processes between account management and creative teams, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance briefing standards and creative output.
Concept and Visual Preparation
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns that are innovative, strategically aligned, and impactful.
- Ensure the creative team consistently delivers high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Confidently present and pitch ideas to clients, demonstrating creative and strategic expertise.
- Guide teams in refining ideas and concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and trends.
- Maintain responsibility for the quality of work across all projects within the creative team.
Production & Technical Knowledge
- Oversee the execution of creative outputs, including photography, TVC production, and digital campaigns.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in digital, print, and interactive media to drive innovation.
- Educate the team on emerging technologies and their applications in creative solutions.
Team Management
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, allocating the right people and resources to assignments.
- Foster an environment that encourages strategic and conceptual thinking, collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Resolve team conflicts professionally, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to nurture team development.
Client Management/Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and market dynamics.
- Act as a liaison between account services and creative teams to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
- Deliver creative solutions that consistently exceed client expectations and align with brand goals.
Agency Culture & Knowledge
- Advocate for our philosophy and values, ensuring alignment with agency culture.
- Collaborate with Strategic Planning, Digital, PR, and Account Management teams to maximize outcomes.
