Job Description:
Assistant Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of sales strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build brand awareness
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in real estate ( at least 1-year experience in - - New Cairo developer or abig name brokerage )
- Presentable
- Excellent in English
- Owns a car is a must
