SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management Solution Consultant:

SAP SuccessFactors PGMG expert, will implement, redesign, and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM with third-party integration.

Key Responsibilities & ï»¿Requirments 

  • Minimum of 8+ years experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration.
  • Lead end-to-end support/improvement on SAP SuccessFactors PGM enablement initiatives.
  • Interact with clients to understand the business requirements for template configuration, testing, deployment, support, and continuous enhancements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide solutions.
  • Ensure to deliver and meet the business requirements to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ability to address top-priority issues on an urgent basis and ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite conceptual and expert in SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management module.
  • Expertise in Integration synchronization from third-party integration to SF PMGM.
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management is mandatory.
  • The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision, provide L1, L2, and L3, and liaise with L4 (SAP Product team) for any Product bugs/issues.
  • Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to continually reviewing processes and procedures to enhance service quality and support.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and Product Vendor.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Understand SAP's business development process, particularly related to Performance and Goal Management solution.
  • Have experience interacting with various organizational levels, including senior HR and business team.
  • Should have customization PGM experience, in configuration and provisioning system.
  • Ability to modify the XML Performance & Goal templates to achieve business requirements /support.
  • Should have experience in creating and customizing reports based on business needs.
  • Ability to support and address the SSO SAML 2.0 issues in case of any authentication failure from SuccessFactors to AD integration.
  • Expert in understanding and supporting the User groups and Permission roles.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of the SF PGM product patches/enhancements /fixes related to the Product and ensure the system is up and running.
