Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain the sales centralizer
· Create and maintain the Warehouses & Dispatch centralizer
· Initiate sales training strategy
· Responsible for improving and developing the sales academy
· Work with the Sales Management Team for the development need of their teams
· Plan with the Capability Manager the annual training program for the sales team
· Coordinate all phases of the full training cycle, including working with the vendors
· Oversee and manage the full training cycle
· Revise the training programs/ materials for the needed areas of development for the team
· Perform in-house training for the sales team
· Monitor training outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
· Oversee the quarter & the annual test for the sales academy
· Ensure a smooth cycle for the 360 feedback for the team
· Review and maintain the updated job descriptions when needed
Qualifications and Experience
· University Graduate
· 2-4 years Experience
